Product Ordering
Orders for mu*shu products can be
placed by the following methods:
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Orders and
personal checks. Please be advised that if you pay by personal check, your
order will not ship until the check clears our bank.
Shipping Method and Rates
We ship via UPS ground and shipping charges are based on the total weight of
your order.

International Shipping
We will ship orders outside of the U.S. - a $25.00 shipping fee will be
added to your order. If the shipping fees for your order is more than
this, we will contact you via email to let you know.
Back-Ordered Items
If the items you ordered are not in stock, please allow up to 2 weeks
delivery. If your items are in stock, we usually try to get them out within 72hours from the day your order is received.
Returns and Exchanges
All mail order items may be returned within 7 days of arrival (we will
track your arrival date) as long as the item is unused and in the same condition
it was shipped in for exchange or store credit only. We do not
reimburse shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your item, please
include the way you would like to pay for the exchanged item to be shipped.
We allow one exchange per order - any exchange after the initial will be
charged a 20% restocking fee.
